Andrew Pennington, ACA, FCCA
Andy is a Director of Crossleys with primary responsibility for accounts, audit and assurance and operations.
Andy has over 20 years of experience with the firm and is the main client contact for accountancy and audit and assurance services. He oversees the administration of the firm, training and staff development.
Before moving to the Isle of Man in 1987, Andy worked for a large firm of accountants in Manchester, England.

Nigel Rotheroe, FCCA
Nigel is a Director of Crossleys and is principally involved in developing new business for the firm.
He has over 20 years of experience in the offshore financial sector specialising in the development and operation of tax strategies. He also provides bespoke tax advice to both individual and corporate clients.
Nigel, who moved to the Island in 1977, has been with the firm since 1986. He qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1986 and became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1991. He is also a former Technical Officer for the Local District Society of Certified Accountants.

John Rotheroe
John is a Director of Crossleys and works mainly within the taxation services area of the firm.
His primary focus is the development and operation of tax strategies, in conjunction with his brother Nigel, and he has extensive experience in trust and company service provision.
Prior to moving to the Island and joining the firm in 1978 John worked for a major firm of accountants in Birmingham, England.

Andrew Galbraith, ACA
Andy, a qualified accountant, is the audit, accounts and IT manager within Crossleys.
He is responsible for the day to day management of the audit and assurance and accounting department.
Andy has worked within the firm for over 15 years and has built up a great deal of experience to help meet the accounting and audit needs of both its local and international clients.

Paul Sayle, ACA
Paul, a qualified accountant, joined the firm in 2010 and is the accounts administration and operations manager within Crossleys.
He is tasked with providing clients with specialist accounting and financial support functions and developing new business, with particular responsibility for enhancing the firm’s UHY connections.
