Litigation is not something that Crossleys would say that it specialises in, but in the past Crossleys has proven to be adept and successful in the "Project Management" of litigation for clients in the UK and the Isle of Man. Such litigation has for instance involved disputes on the purchase and sale of companies and land, breaches of company law, equity (Trusts) and commercial contracts.
Crossleys has also been involved in the taking of "proofs", discovery (general and specific), instructions to Tax and Legal Counsel (including Solicitors) and advising/suggesting a strategy profile for any litigation being undertaken. As part of this work, Crossleys, on behalf of its clients, has instructed other professional firms to provide specific reports for the purposes of litigation and employed the services of investigative agents.
