Crossleys is required by law and is personally committed to the prevention of money laundering or becoming involved with or assisting in the perpetration of money laundering. All Isle of Man Statutory and regulatory obligations are observed and met in full. Our due diligence requirements are based upon the Anti Money Laundering Code 1998 and Guidance Notes issued by the Island's Financial Supervision Commission. Those clients seeking to establish a new relationship with Crossleys are therefore asked to provide information concerning their identity and place of residence. You are kindly asked in this respect to obtain the information and documentation outlined in our Due Diligence Form.
